When you want to do 2 posts in a row, what is the magic in qtxpost to start a clean one?

Just erase everything and write the next post? Or requires it a stop/start of the program?

Yup, just erase everything. As long as the "edit" checkbox is not checked, it posts the post as new. It would really suck if the program had to be restarted every time, like some kind of a Windows app ;)
